Overview

Zisser Family Law is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their dynamic, high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in both Family Law and Criminal Law within a hybrid remote office environment while providing clients with compassionate and confident legal strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage own case load from initial consultation through conclusion
  • Attend court in person as directed by judges
  • Provide client consultation and legal research
  • Engage in litigation, negotiation, and case management

Required skills

  • 1 to 5 years of legal practice experience (preferably in family law)
  • Florida Bar License
  • Ability to work both in person and remotely
  • Proactive and client-centric approach
  • Strong negotiation and litigation skills
  • Team collaboration skills
