Collins + Collins LLP is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with over 3 years of experience in civil litigation to join their team in Walnut Creek, California. This role involves managing all aspects of litigation, from fact investigation to drafting pleadings, while building strong relationships with clients in a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop case strategies for litigation matters
  • Manage all aspects of litigation from fact investigation to drafting pleadings and motions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Participate in depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trials

Required skills

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Current member in good standing with CA or NV State Bar
  • 3+ years' experience in civil litigation
  • Strong writing and case analysis skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
