Overview

TRINITY ENVISION BUSINESS SERVICES LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial, construction, or insurance-related cases. The firm emphasizes high-level litigation results and a supportive team environment, operating out of their Denver office.

Key responsibilities

  • Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
  • Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Draft motions
  • Attend court hearings in state and federal courts
  • Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis
  • Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations

Required skills

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
  • Active Colorado law license
  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation preferred
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
  • Comfortable using legal technology
