Why you'll love this job This job is a member of the People Analytics Team within the People Division.Responsible for providing analytical expertise and project management to the American Human Resources (HR) Department and drive initiatives that result in cost savings and process efficiencies. This job will also lead and perform data analysis, develop and implement strategies, develop forecast models, and drive "best practices" within HR processes.
