Overview

Calibre Systems is seeking an Assistant Workstation Manager to support the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This role involves coordinating and managing a Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) workforce to ensure rapid deployment of qualified personnel for various military training exercises and operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining a roster of cleared and certified PTOC personnel.
  • Support matching personnel skill sets with exercise requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for PTOC personnel.
  • Manage training requirements for Army Mission Command Systems operators.
  • Maintain readiness metrics and certification records.
  • Assist in financial coordination and invoicing support.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership.
  • Communicate schedule updates and operational requirements.

Required skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
  • Familiarity with personnel scheduling and workforce coordination
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to use scheduling and readiness tracking systems
  • 3+ years of experience supporting DoD programs or military operations
  • Experience in personnel coordination or workforce management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with financial/program management systems like Deltek Costpoint or SAP
  • Active Secret clearance
