Overview

Loyola University Maryland is seeking an Assistant Teaching Professor of Biology who is dedicated to undergraduate education. The successful candidate will teach courses in Ecology, Evolution, and other biological disciplines while participating in curricular development and student advising. A master's degree in biology is required, with a Ph.D. preferred.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach introductory and upper-level courses in Ecology and Evolution
  • Develop an upper-level course in a specialty area within ecology or evolutionary biology
  • Assist in curricular development and assessment
  • Provide student advising
