Drive Sales & Retention - Coach employees to build strong customer relationships, resolve escalations, and recommend the best solutions to retain and upgrade customers. Develop your Team - Recruit, train, and mentor team members, helping them grow their skills and succeed in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Ensure Operational Excellence - Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance with company policies to maintain efficiency and productivity. Create an Exceptional Customer Experience - Maintain a welcoming, well-organized store that reflects Spectrum's brand and ensures customers receive top-tier service. Manage Inventory & Compliance - Oversee inventory control, enforce company policies, and complete audits to minimize losses and keep the store running smoothly. Working Conditions You will work in a vibrant, fast-paced retail environment with moderate noise levels, representing Spectrum's brand in a professional uniform. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Skills/Abilities & Knowledge Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees and customers in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward and professional manner Significant time working retail store environment Proven ability to lead others and motivate them to succeed in a goal and incentive-based work environment Detail oriented and a good problem solver High comfort level with personal technology, such as mobile devices and personal video platforms Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks/projects and handle change effectively Work scheduled overtime as needed Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent Required Related Work Experience 2-3 years Sales/Customer Service experience Preferred Qualifications Experience: 1+ year Management experience; 2-3 years Telecommunications/wireless experience Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest technology and devices. Travel: Willingness to travel to other locations as business needs dictate. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Sales Training: Certifications in sales training are a plus.
