The Assistant Store Manager at Jiffy Lube plays a critical role in driving daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on leadership position involves coaching and developing team members while managing sales and store performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including sales, service, and overall performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by leading by example
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
  • Manage inventory, cash controls, and operational processes
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
  • Step in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
