The Jiffy Lube Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in overseeing daily operations and developing team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on leadership position supports store performance while fostering a strong team culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including sales, service, and overall performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
  • Manage inventory, cash controls, and operational processes
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
