Overview

The Assistant Station Manager at Kelley Williamson Company will support the Station Manager in various operations to ensure excellent customer service and maintain store functionality. This role requires leadership in managing employees and requires flexibility in scheduling to cover a variety of shifts.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide backup and support to the Station Manager
  • Maintain customer service and handle complaints
  • Train, develop, and manage all station employees
  • Manage cash, inventory, fuel, and pricing communications
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the station and surrounding areas
  • Complete paperwork accurately and on time
  • Communicate effectively with the Station Manager
  • Assist in ensuring all security measures are in effect
