Overview

PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Santa Rosa, CA, to support tenants and owners with a service-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will handle tenant communication, track maintenance requests, and ensure accurate lease preparation while maintaining clear records and meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication
  • Maintain records in property management software for maintenance requests
  • Assist Property Manager with lease renewal process
  • Prepare and coordinate Move-In and Move-Out process with tenants
  • Prepare Notices and routine correspondence as directed
  • Respond to prospective residents and conduct property reviews
  • Assist in the rent collection process communication
  • Prepare Security Deposit Disposition in compliance with laws and policies
  • Document property and tenant information in property management software

Required skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Residential property management experience
  • Hospitality/Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Proficiency in property management software
