Overview

PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team in Round Rock, Texas. The ideal candidate will support tenants and owners with excellent service and a commitment to helping others, while managing tenant communication, leases, and maintenance requests effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication
  • Maintain records in property management software for maintenance requests
  • Assist Property Manager with lease renewal process
  • Prepare and coordinate the Move-In and Move-Out process
  • Prepare routine correspondence and Notices as directed by Property Manager
  • Respond and follow up with prospective residents
  • Communicate with residents during the rent collection process
  • Assist in preparation of Security Deposit Disposition
  • Ensure all property and tenant information is documented
  • Keep all communication within property management software updated

Required skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Residential property management experience preferred
  • Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing and other property laws
