Overview

The Assistant Property Manager position at Riverstone Communities in Homestead, Florida, is designed for individuals eager to contribute to community improvement and relationship management. The role focuses on enhancing the lives of residents and team members while ensuring property management operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Interact with current and prospective residents, providing excellent customer service
  • Assist in achieving and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate
  • Ensure timely collection of rent and fees, following up on late payments
  • Maintain compliance with company home standards through daily community assessments
  • Keep the property office maintained to required standards and complete general office work
  • Follow up promptly on prospects and applicants
  • Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and local regulations
  • Assume leadership in the absence of the Property Manager

Required skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in an office setting
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
  • Physical capability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in using the internet, Google or Microsoft programs, and email
