Overview

Ethan Conrad Properties Inc is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in managing commercial real estate properties. The role involves overseeing tenant needs and coordinating vendor work for approximately 1,000,000 square feet of properties in Sacramento, California.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to tenant service requests and coordinate vendor work orders
  • Prepare tenant and owner correspondence, including welcome letters and insurance contracts
  • Maintain property inspection reports and track fire inspection/service reports
  • Transfer and track utilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating projects
  • Execute other Property Management administrative duties as assigned

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of administrative experience
  • 2+ years of Property Management and/or Real Estate experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) skills
  • Experience with Property Management and/or Work Order Software like Yardi, MRI, SAP
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean DMV record
