Overview

The Assistant Property Manager at Riverstone Communities plays a vital role in enhancing community life by managing relationships and ensuring smooth property operations. This position is based at the Meadows Mobile Home Park in Melbourne, Florida, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Assist with achieving and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate through marketing efforts
  • Ensure timely collection of rent and fees
  • Walk the community daily to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Maintain office operations to required standards and meet deadlines
  • Follow-up with prospects and applicants promptly
  • Meet all Fair Housing guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Assume leadership role in the absence of the Property Manager

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management
  • 1-2 years of excellent customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Google or Microsoft programs and email
