Overview

Roers Companies LLC is looking for an Assistant Property Manager in Victoria, MN. This role involves helping prospective residents find their next home while actively contributing to the management of the property, including marketing, occupancy, and community engagement. Key responsibilities

  • Solicit business to meet occupancy and rental goals
  • Market the property through advertising and responding to inquiries
  • Lead property tours for prospective residents
  • Train staff and model effective sales techniques
  • Manage rent collection efforts including lease terminations
  • Assist in budget management to increase net operating income
  • Maintain resident ledgers and files
  • Inspect units during move-ins and move-outs
  • Act as Property Manager in their absence

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of leasing or Assistant Property Manager experience
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with marketing and leasing initiatives
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • High integrity
  • Physical ability to walk property and show apartments
