Overview

The Assistant Property Director at Crown Residential is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the financial and operational aspects of the property. This role involves mentoring leasing teammates, driving revenue, and ensuring smooth coordination of resident move-ins, move-outs, and monthly reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate rent and delinquency collections and accommodate resident requests
  • Assist the Property Director with reports, resident feedback, and market research
  • Ensure accuracy in leasing packets and legal documents
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies with the management team
  • Conduct site tours and lease apartments to prospects
  • Oversee and prepare lease-related paperwork accurately and timely
  • Assist with daily operations and manage rent payment deposits
  • Direct on-site team efforts to ensure apartments are ready for move-in
  • Respond to resident requests and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Inspect units on move-in day and help organize resident events
  • Maximize resident renewals through proactive customer service
  • Manage online reviews and social media accounts
  • Process Statements of Deposit Accounting within policy timeframes
  • Make recommendations regarding property performance and business needs

Required skills
