Overview

The Assistant Program Coordinator at Home of Hope provides vital administrative and secretarial support to various program staff, including the Program Director and Program Coordinators. This role involves managing communications, logistical arrangements for meetings, and ensuring accurate documentation, thereby maintaining smooth operations within the Community Supports and Residential Programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Community Supports and Residential Programs
  • Assist Program Coordinators with scheduling and communications
  • Manage central files and update contact lists as needed
  • Prepare and set up meeting rooms for events and meetings
  • Take notes, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Handle staff inquiries related to payroll and other administrative matters
  • Track and process mileage and expense documentation
  • Assist with online incident reporting and various administrative tasks as assigned
  • Support staff training audits and ensure in-service documents are current
