Flynn Arby's, the largest Arby's franchisee in the world, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team in Belleville, Illinois. Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Train and mentor team members for exceptional guest service
  • Manage inventory and uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
  • Provide leadership to achieve sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements

Required skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
