Overview

The Assistant Manager at 10 Fitness in Paragould, Arkansas is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience and ensuring a well-maintained club environment. Key responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with the General Manager regarding staff, members, and sales.

  • Ensure club has adequate staffing and manage payroll.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the club.
  • Promote and sell memberships, personal training, and merchandise.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly financial goals set by Corporate.
