Overview

As an Assistant Manager - Hospitality at Sheetz, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers have a best-in-class experience every time they shop. You will oversee customer service procedures and support the Store Manager in daily operations, keeping a focus on hospitality and total customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Back-up the Store Manager by supporting recruitment, selection, training, and performance management
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies and procedures
  • Oversee timely customer transactions and cleanliness standards
  • Check in on end-of-day tasks to ensure completion
  • Manage inventory and merchandise placement, pricing, and refilling
  • Lead profit management processes, including shrink indicators and stock audits
