Overview

As an Assistant Manager of Hospitality at Sheetz, you will lead the customer service operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure that customers receive a top-tier experience by supervising various aspects of store operations, particularly during the absence of the Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in recruitment, selection, training, and performance management
  • Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures, and programs
  • Oversee customer interactions and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Check end-of-day tasks for completion
  • Manage inventory placement, pricing, and replenishment
  • Monitor profit management through shrink indicators and stock audits
