Cafe Rio is seeking high-energy assistant managers in Orem, Utah, to join their team. This role involves overseeing operations in a dynamic environment, contributing to a restaurant focused on fresh, made-from-scratch cuisine while developing culinary and management skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Lead, develop, and mentor team members
  • Interact with customers to enhance their experience
  • Ensure food quality and maintain restaurant standards
  • Participate in training and development of staff

Required skills

  • 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to manage a team of 15 or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work various hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
