Overview

The Assistant Manager at Pelican Brewing Company will be part of the leadership team, supporting the vision and core values of the company during daily operations at the Tillamook Taproom. This role involves overseeing operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, recruiting and training staff, and building relationships within the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in partnership with the General Manager
  • Motivate the team through relationship building and guidance
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Create written SOPs for consistency in quality and service
  • Support an exemplary service culture for memorable guest experiences
  • Work independently while communicating progress and asking for help
  • Recruit, train, and retain top team members
  • Build relationships with sister properties and local businesses

Required skills

  • Previous food and beverage leadership experience
