Cafe Rio is seeking high-energy Assistant Managers to lead their team in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. The role involves managing a multimillion-dollar restaurant, mentoring staff, and creating exceptional dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 15 or more employees
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure high quality food preparation and customer service
  • Train and mentor staff in various roles
  • Interact with customers to enhance their dining experience
  • Manage restaurant performance and maintain standards

Required skills

  • 2 or more years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in team leadership and training
