Overview

Cafe Rio is seeking high-energy Assistant Managers to join their team in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. This role involves running a fresh, made-from-scratch restaurant, where you will be responsible for culinary excellence and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in managing a multimillion-dollar restaurant
  • Lead, develop, and mentor team members
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and customer service
  • Interact with customers and manage a team of 15 or more employees
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills

Required skills

  • 2 or more years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Capability to stand for 8 plus hours
  • Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
