Overview

As an Assistant General Manager at Panera Bread in Allentown, you will lead a team to ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence in a beloved bakery-cafe. You will partner with the General Manager to drive business growth, manage staff development, and create a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager by making key decisions and solving problems
  • Plan and manage staffing needs and shift scheduling

Required skills
