The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's mission to democratize finance, with a focus on retail cryptocurrency products and services. Key responsibilities for the Assistant General Counsel include identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks, engaging with Canadian securities regulators, and fostering trusted relationships to support the launch of new products and features.
