Job Description Aramark Nexus is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to help lead one of the most unique workforce hospitality communities in North America. Located near Pampa, Texas, the Caprock Workforce Community provides housing, dining, recreation, and hospitality services for a large resident workforce living and working onsite. This is not a traditional hotel, apartment community, or residential property. It is a large-scale workforce community where residents rely on exceptional hospitality, responsive service, and well-maintained accommodations every day. The Assistant Director of Operations serves as a key member of the site leadership team and is responsible for overseeing Guest Services, Housekeeping, and the overall resident experience. This leader helps ensure the community operates safely, efficiently, and with a hospitality-first mindset while delivering a clean, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents. This position requires a highly visible leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and can successfully manage operations within a 24/7 residential community. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. ? ? ? Job Responsibilities Guest Services Leadership? Lead Guest Services operations including front desk, resident support, check in/check out processes, package handling, issue resolution, and general inquiries.? Ensure consistent, professional, and friendly service delivery that reflects Aramark hospitality standards.? Oversee resident communication processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive information sharing.? Act as a key escalation point for resident concerns, service recovery, and special accommodations.? Promote technology use and adoption for improved servicesHousekeeping Operations? Oversee Housekeeping operations for residential units, common areas, and shared spaces in alignment with established service levels. ? Partner with Housekeeping leadership to ensure cleaning schedules, quality standards, and staffing plans meet community needs.? Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of housing and common areas to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.? Ensure effective coordination with laundry and linen service vendors, inventory management, and on demand service needs.Resident Experience & Community Oversight? Serve as a visible leader within the community, building strong relationships with residents and reinforcing community standards.? Support resident engagement initiatives, events, and programs in collaboration with Recreation, HR, and Operations teams.?
