In this role, you will assist the Culinary Director with leading the overall operations of the department. You will also ensure our residents receive a first-class dining experience through supervising and staffing exceptional dietary aides and cooks. The ideal candidate brings prior food service leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for serving older adults while building an engaged, high-performing team.Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including days, nights and weekends.
