Overview

The Assistant Controller role at CFS focuses on overseeing accounting operations for complex construction projects during a significant growth phase. This position offers leadership exposure and opportunities for professional development in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
  • Support month-end/year-end close and review financial statements
  • Lead AP function and partner on process improvements across teams
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting
