Assists Community Manager with rent collection, breakdown sheets and timely bank deposits. Responsible for daily traffic logs, traffic reports and monthly market surveys. Processing rental applications and related rental paperwork. Coordinates move-in of new residents and conducts resident orientation. Responds to resident requests, including maintenance requests. Follow up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction. Prior leasing experience required.
