Overview

Property Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Assistant Community Director for their Conventional and Student Housing portfolio in State College, PA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential apartment management and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Show apartments, townhouses, and single-family homes
  • Manage rent collection
  • Process applicants
  • Provide customer service
  • Conduct property inspections
  • Ensure strong attention to detail
  • Assist in marketing efforts
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Collaborate with team members as needed
  • Review and process invoices for accuracy

Required skills

  • Prior experience in multi-family housing industry
  • Customer service skills
  • Sales skills
  • Valid PA Drivers License
  • Reliable, insured transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with YARDI software (helpful)
  • PA Real Estate License (a plus but not required)
