Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Clinical Director to oversee daily clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services.Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance coaching to BCBAs, Clinical Supervisors, BTs, and RBTs.Oversee client assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and ongoing progress to ensure positive clinical outcomes.Review clinical documentation and maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, payer requirements, and company policies.Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.Assist with staff hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development while fostering a positive team culture.Support caseload management, scheduling, and clinical quality assurance initiatives to promote operational efficiency.Provide guidance during client escalations, behavior crises, and clinical decision-making to support staff and ensure client safety.Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices and implement continuous improvements in clinical programming.Support the Clinical Director with strategic initiatives, program development, and other leadership responsibilities as needed.Preferred QualificationsCurrent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of clinical ABA experience, with previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention planning, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.Experience supervising and mentoring BCBAs, Clinical Supervisors, BTs, and RBTs.Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with insurance-funded ABA services and documentation requirements.Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a high standard of clinical care and ethical practice.Company DescriptionAt New Behavior Transitions(NBT) we believe in a team of competent individuals utilizing effective, evidence-based practices, and individualized behavior principles to promote healthy and balanced living.
