Overview

Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking an Assistant Client Service Specialist for their Commercial Lines department. This hybrid role will provide excellent service and administrative support to enhance the client experience, specifically in the Middletown and Poughkeepsie offices. The position requires bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

  • Support client communications and coordinate administrative tasks
  • Provide hands-on support with quoting policies and processing documents
  • Issue proof of insurance and request loss runs for coverage needs
  • Document all client and carrier communications in the management system
  • Follow workflow procedures and report potential E&O claims
  • Maintain professional accreditations and participate in continuing education
  • Assist Client Service Specialists with customer requests

Required skills

  • Proficiency with AI tools and task management systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and AMS360
  • Prior experience in insurance, preferably commercial insurance
  • Bilingual communication in English and Spanish
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
