Overview

The Assistant Business Transformation Analyst at Marshall & Sterling will play a crucial role in driving innovation within the organization. This position focuses on supporting process improvement, technology modernization, AI, and automation initiatives, as well as digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Support digital transformation initiatives to modernize operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify process challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions.
  • Assist with system integrations, application enhancements, and rollout coordination.
  • Evaluate and implement AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Research industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leadership to support training, communication, and adoption of new systems.
  • Track operational impact, user adoption, and process improvements.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, process improvement, or digital transformation.
  • Experience in an insurance agency, brokerage, or insurance-related environment.
  • Proficiency with business systems such as AMS360, Salesforce, Applied Epic, ImageRight, Power BI, Tableau, SQL.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Interest in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
