Overview

The Assistant Business Transformation Analyst-Information Systems role at Marshall & Sterling Inc. involves supporting process improvement and digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience. Key responsibilities

  • Support digital transformation initiatives to improve workflows and modernize operations
  • Collaborate with teams to identify process challenges and recommend technology solutions
  • Assist with system integrations, application enhancements, testing, and rollout coordination
  • Evaluate and implement AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Research industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement
  • Partner with leadership to support training, communication, and adoption of new systems
  • Track operational impact, user adoption, and process improvements

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, process improvement, or digital transformation
  • Experience in an insurance agency or insurance-related environment
  • Familiarity with AMS360, Salesforce, Applied Epic, ImageRight, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Interest in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
