Hoosier Hills Credit Union is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their team in Ellettsville, Indiana. This role is ideal for a community-focused leader who excels at building relationships and inspiring team performance while delivering exceptional service to members. The Assistant Branch Manager will work closely with the VP of Service Center Operations to ensure a high standard of service and foster community engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote financial well-being and education by identifying member needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Build and sustain a high-performance, service-centric culture through coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation by adhering to policies and monitoring branch operations.
  • Drive sustainable branch growth by strengthening member relationships and expanding financial solutions adoption.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in lending
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a retail setting within financial services
  • Strong communication, sales, and service skills
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems
