Hoosier Hills Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for their Ellettsville location. The role focuses on leading a team dedicated to exceptional Member experiences while driving sales and community engagement. The ideal candidate will inspire growth and uphold high service standards, contributing to the success of both the Members and the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Champion the mission of HHCUs by leading with integrity and a focus on community impact.
  • Drive initiatives for enhancing financial well-being and advocating for financial education.
  • Build a high-performance, service-centric culture through coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation by adhering to policies and regulations.
  • Drive branch and organizational growth by strengthening Member relationships and expanding service adoption.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in business or related field, or relevant lending experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a retail or financial service setting.
  • Strong communication, sales, and service skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems.
