Hoosier Hills Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional financial services to members in Ellettsville, Indiana. This role involves inspiring teams to meet sales and service standards while engaging with the community and promoting the credit union's mission.

Key responsibilities

  • Champion HHCUs mission through community involvement and financial education.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance, service-centric culture.
  • Coach and develop team members through performance feedback and professional opportunities.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor branch operations and address Member concerns promptly.
  • Drive sustainable branch growth and enhance Member relationships.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years management experience in a retail financial service center, call center, or lending business.
  • Strong communication, sales, and service skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems.
