This role offers hands-on leadership experience, mentorship, and the chance to contribute to innovative, person-centered services. Key Responsibilities Operational Coordination - Support the CEO in managing Housekeeping, Facilities, Adult Day Health Care Centers, and Supportive Living operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.Team Support & Leadership - Work closely with department supervisors; build leadership skills through coaching, collaboration, and problem-solving.Regulatory & Quality Oversight - Assist with compliance activities, audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.Program Engagement - Partner with program leaders to maintain high-quality, person-centered services for Adult Day Health Care and Supportive Living participants.Facilities & Safety Support - Help coordinate building maintenance, environmental safety, and emergency preparedness planning.Policy & Procedure Development - Contribute to the creation and updating of organizational policies across assigned departments.Budget & Resource Assistance - Support budget planning, cost monitoring, and resource allocation.Cross-Department Collaboration - Work with Nursing, HR, Finance, and Community Programs to support organizational goals.Community & Family Relations - Represent Crouse Community Center professionally with families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.Must have a strong financial foundation for budgeting, financial tracking, grant reimbursement submission, and new program development.Looking for the right individual that is a natural leader and team builder to ensure our culture in maintained.Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, or a Registered Nurse with management experience.Compensation details: 0 Yearly SalaryPI9099d97d6ea5-2047
