Club Spa inc. - Arctic Spas is a family-owned retail business established for over 30 years, seeking a Commis comptable to support their accounting team. The role involves handling various accounting tasks under the supervision of the controller, with opportunities for advancement.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute billing of service calls and manage accounts receivable.
  • Input supplier invoices and verify account statements.
  • Account for and verify credit card transactions.
  • Manage cash registers and prepare deposits.
  • Order and track office supplies and materials.
  • Organize invoices after processing.
  • Support the accounting team with various tasks as needed.
