Overview

U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission is seeking an Assembly Utility Operator in Holyoke, Massachusetts to ensure efficient assembly processes for their roller chain products. The role involves operating various equipment and training new operators while adhering to the company's high standards of quality and dependability.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate stringing processes, power presses, pre-stressing, packaging, greasing, and inspection equipment
  • Retrieve and replace components to ensure continuous equipment operation
  • Train and develop new operators
  • Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy
  • Follow company procedures for quality and operation
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Adapt working practices to meet changing business needs

Required skills

  • Experience in assembling metal components
  • Operational knowledge of power presses and inspection equipment
