Overview

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Assembly A professional in Cincinnati, Ohio, responsible for performing a variety of assembly operations including skilled hand work and the use of automated production equipment. Candidates will work in an engaging environment focused on professional growth and quality assurance in manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of assembly operations including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
  • Read and interpret technical specifications and operational assembly instructions
  • Operate assembly equipment with proper training
  • Visually inspect components for defects and check assemblies for quality standards
  • Maintain assembly and quality records as required

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or 2 years of post-secondary education with up to 2 years of experience
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and part lists
  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
  • Experience with precision measurement tools and quality inspection
