Overview

Kelly Services is seeking Assemblers for a leading manufacturer in Florence, KY. This role offers up to $20.70 per hour with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth in a clean, climate-controlled work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assemble or disassemble electronic components
  • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
  • Stand, walk, bend, and lift continuously (up to 50 lbs)
  • Move products on the production floor
  • Label components, assemblies, or subassemblies

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English speaking and writing abilities
  • Prior assembly experience (preferred but not required)
  • Basic PC skills (Windows)
  • Ability to follow instructions and visual aids
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, decimals, fractions)
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and safely lift up to 50 lbs
