Overview

Kelly Services is seeking Assemblers for a leading manufacturer in Erlanger, Kentucky. This role offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling options to fit various lifestyles, along with opportunities for growth and a supportive team-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assemble or disassemble electronic components
  • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
  • Stand, walk, bend, and lift continuously (up to 50 lbs)
  • Move products on the production floor
  • Label components, assemblies, or subassemblies

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic PC skills (Windows)
  • Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, decimals, fractions)
  • Comfortable with routine, standardized tasks
  • Must be able to speak and write in English
  • Prior assembly experience is a plus
