Job Description

Overview

The Assembler at U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is responsible for assembling parts and subassemblies by hand or with simple machinery under the direction of the Production Supervisor. This role requires manual dexterity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while adhering to quality guidelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow work instructions and route sheets to assemble and pack products
  • Inspect machinery and parts at the beginning of shifts
  • Clean and lubricate machinery as required
  • Conduct visual quality inspections
  • Meet specified quantity and quality guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment
  • Report faulty operations or defective materials to supervisor
  • Monitor machines during operation

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 months of relevant experience or training
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use various machines
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic problem solving or troubleshooting skills
  • Teamwork and communication skills
