Job Description

Overview

The Assembler at U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is responsible for producing parts through assembly and quality inspection under the direction of the Production Supervisor. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling machinery and following strict safety and quality guidelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow work instructions and assemble or pack products for various departments
  • Inspect machinery at the beginning of shifts and record findings
  • Clean and lubricate machinery as required
  • Inspect and place parts in designated trays
  • Meet specified quantity and quality guidelines
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Report faulty operation or defective material to the supervisor
  • Conduct visual quality inspections
  • Monitor machines and work on different surfaces and environments
