Overview

Pothole Heroes LLC is seeking an Asphalt Paving Foreman to oversee daily operations at construction sites in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Foreman will ensure project completion in a safe, efficient manner while leading a team and managing client communications.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily tasks based on priorities and project plans
  • Communicate updates and concerns between project teams and management
  • Monitor quality control and project closeout processes
  • Manage project planning and reporting, including reading drawings and maps
  • Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure equipment readiness through maintenance checks
  • Act as a safety leader, providing training on safety procedures
  • Keep accurate records of daily reports and project completion status
  • Coaching, training, and motivating field personnel
  • Resolve conflicts promptly and report unresolved issues

Required skills
