Thillens Inc is seeking an Armored Security Guard to join their team in Madison, Wisconsin. With nearly 90 years of experience in armored transportation, the company values safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service. This role involves being part of a two-person route team responsible for servicing customers safely while handling cash and following strict security procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Safely service customers along a daily armored route
  • Handle cash and service ATMs and equipment
  • Follow strict security procedures
  • Work closely with a teammate to ensure every stop is completed safely and accurately

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background checks and DOT requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with handling cash and servicing ATMs
  • Ability to follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid FOID card
  • Ability to obtain 108 Security Permit (DSPS)
  • Prior experience in security or firearms is a plus but not required
